August 8th,  2011:  The house is almost completely skim coated and ready for windows.  We are also closing in on getting ALL the paper work required to rent the house out.  If you decide to build a vacation rental be sure to get a local accountant.  Below are some of the most recent pictures.   The first picture is an interesting view from our builders office of the back of the main house and casita.  This picture clearly demonstrates the size of the construction project.
