After Visiting a number of places likeCozumel, Bonaire, Fiji, Cabo San Lucas, Virgin Gorda, Anquilla and San Diego for scuba diving, surfing, beautiful beaches and spectacular weather, we finally found the perfect mix in Rincón, Puerto Rico. While it seems like one should bring a passport, you don’t need one for Puerto Rico because you are actually in a United States territory. (For non-US citizens, check for any travel requirements & documentation needed.) Having been to San Juan in the past, we liked the beaches and the magnificent Caribbean water, but we did not desire to be in or too near a big, busy city.
