Its that time of year again when we close down the house. I get a Lot of inquires about staying this time of year however we decided after getting through hurricane Maria that it was best to close the house down. This is not to say their isnt a LOT going on during these two months. Deep Cleaning, getting the AC’s cleaned and checked, painting, pool work, additional landscaping, normal replacement of various items. The bottom line is that while we could easily rent we found that giving the house 2 months of its own vacation is well worth it. If you decide to go to PR between August and October I HIGHLY recommend you check the weather.
